Job summary

Australia Post in Ipswich is recruiting for a seasonal forklift driver to support our busiest period. You will operate a forklift, load and unload mail from bags, trays and cages, and assist with parcel handling across processing lines.

Roles run across early morning to evening shifts, with casual loading and penalties for overtime. You’ll be part of a supportive team delivering for Australians and gaining a foot in the door with a iconic business.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid LF Forklift License.
• You can lift up to 16 kg regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
• You are safety conscious and able to operate conveyors and lifting devices.

Responsibilities

• Operate and load/unload mail using a forklift and pallets.
• Sort parcels manually or with scanners on processing lines.
• Work across processing equipment and assist with mail handling across shifts.
