Connected Libraries invites a creative Marketing & Communications professional to shape campaigns across five branches in Casey, Victoria. You will manage WordPress content, email campaigns via Campaign Monitor, event listings, Canva designs and social media analytics, while supporting staff with outreach.

The role is part-time (4 days per week: Tue–Fri) with a pro-rata salary band of AUD 74,437–80,421 per year.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing and Communications or related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in Marketing and Communications.
• Experience developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies.
• Experience managing a website with SEO via WordPress.
• Experience managing social media channels and reporting.
• Ability to use data to inform decisions and report outcomes.
• Experience with databases/CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Current driver’s licence and WWCC.
• Knowledge of public libraries and their functions.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to delivering Marketing and Communications Strategy and Social Media Strategy.
• Develop, update and maintain WordPress website with on-brand content.
• Create and send email campaigns using Campaign Monitor and manage subscriber databases.
• Create and maintain events in our event management software.
• Design promotional materials in Canva aligned with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate the CL podcast and oversee the Digital Library branch.
• Report on social media, email and Google Analytics performance to drive improvements.
• Provide practical advice and support to library staff promoting events and programs.
