Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for filing and record management in LEX, TRIM, and Teams (data entry, printing, photocopying, scanning).
• Coordinate central inbox requests, answer queries, give timely advice, and redirect as needed.
• Assist solicitors and paralegals with advice and litigation management.
• Draft and prepare precedent forms, documents, and correspondence.
• Prepare court books, briefs and Legal Services Orders.
• Support budget management and matter maintenance.
• Provide in-person support at court hearings.
