Qualifications

• Experience in legal services or criminal justice degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, recording, management, and maintenance of records for briefs of evidence.
• Preparing briefs for court by cross referencing the court list against filed and electronic briefs.
• Effective communication with key stakeholders to ensure team efficiency.
• Answering enquiries and reception duties with timely advice to managers and stakeholders.
• Handling group emails and mail, and undertaking other duties as required.
