Perigon Group in Sydney CBD is seeking a Part-Time Legal Assistant to join a job-share arrangement. You will work 2-3 days per week, with 1 day from home, supporting a team of three partners (one based in Adelaide) and covering AML/compliance, billing, and document management.

The role emphasizes structured day-to-day tasks, autonomy, and a supportive, well-established team environment. A pro rata package and hybrid working are offered.

Qualificações

• Prior legal assistant or legal admin experience (open to students or someone returning from maternity leave).
• Strong organisational skills and reliability for a structured job-share arrangement.
• Comfort working autonomously is important.
• Familiarity with AML/compliance processes is highly regarded, not essential.

Responsabilidades

• Provide legal assistant support.
• AML and compliance matters.
• Work across Expert and iManage systems.
• Manage handover processes with your job-share partner.
• Billing, document management.
• Provide general legal secretarial and administrative support to the partner group.
