Job summary

Perigon Group in Sydney CBD is seeking a dedicated Legal Assistant to support a team of busy partners. The role is part-time with a fixed, 2-3 day week and one day from home, aligned to Wednesday to Friday in a job-share setup.

You will handle AML/compliance matters, document support, and calendar management while assisting three partners across the practice. The position offers hybrid working and ongoing handover from a partner.

Qualifications

• Prior legal assistant or legal admin experience.
• Strong organisational skills and reliability for a structured job-share.
• Comfort working autonomously is important.
• Familiarity with AML/compliance processes is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide AML and compliance support and general admin tasks.
• Work across Expert and iManage systems.
• Manage handover with your job-share partner.
• Deliver legal secretarial support to the partner group.
