Job summary

Catherine McAuley Primary School, Medowie, operated by the Catholic Schools Office Maitland - Newcastle, seeks two permanent part-time Learning Support Assistants (6.5 hours per day) to commence January 2027. LSAs support teachers to help students grow academically and spiritually in a Catholic setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with routines, interventions, and inclusive practices for students with disability, under teacher guidance.

Qualifications

• Experience with students with disability (K-12).
• Ability to articulate commitment to Catholic education and the Church's mission.
• Excellent organisational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
