Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking and portioning.
• Wash and peel fresh fruits and vegetables; weigh, measure and mix ingredients.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers; test foods for doneness.
• Set up and break down the workstation; maintain hygiene of kitchen and tools.
• Follow safety policies; report maintenance needs and safety incidents.
• Stand or walk for extended periods; lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
