Job summary

Accor Apartments & Realty in Sydney is seeking a Kitchen Attendant to keep our kitchen sparkling and compliant with hygiene standards. You will clean crockery, cutlery, glassware and workspaces, assist with basic food preparation, and support the kitchen team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain hygiene by cleaning crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchen equipment using dishwashers and manual methods.
• Carry out rubbish removal, sweeping and mopping of kitchen floors.
• Disinfect and clean while following correct chemical usage sequences.
• Support kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks such as grating, peeling, chopping and garnishing.
