Creative Garden Early Learning Centenary Heights in Toowoomba, QLD, seeks an experienced Cook for a part-time role (25 hours/week) to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 54 children daily. You will plan menus, manage stock, and uphold food safety standards.

You’ll operate within a supportive team in a family-friendly centre, with secure ongoing training, uniform provided, and opportunities for career growth within G8 Education's network.

Qualifications

• Experienced in menu planning, budgeting, stock ordering and control.
• Experienced in dietary and allergy safe requirements.
• Experienced in ensuring a clean and safe kitchen environment in accordance with Food Safety regulations.
• Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available for set shift days Monday to Friday.

Responsabilités

• Prepare high-quality, nutritious meals and snacks for up to 54 children daily.
• Plan menus and manage stock and budgeting within the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen in line with Food Safety regulations.
• Collaborate with centre staff to support learning and wellbeing.
