Job summary

The Arnott’s Group is seeking a Part-Time IT Technician to join our Shepparton site. You’ll work with the on-site IT Lead and Digital & Technology team to deliver hands-on support across laptops, devices, networks, and manufacturing systems.

This 12-month contract (3 days per week, 22.8 hours) offers exposure to Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, network infrastructure, and cyber security initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting IT devices, end users and workplace technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, including cabling, VLANs and subnetting.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to work autonomously in a manufacturing environment.
• Genuine interest in technology, cyber security and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on support for laptops, desktops, tablets, phones and printers.
• Maintain and configure Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Support Active Directory user and device management.
• Assist with Cisco networking, Wi-Fi and telephony systems.
• Troubleshoot plant-floor technologies, thin clients and manufacturing systems.
• Help maintain cyber security standards, asset registers and IT documentation.
