People & Culture Leader - Manufacturing & IR

The Arnott's Group is seeking a senior People & Culture Manager for our Huntingwood site in NSW. You will partner with the Plant Manager and leadership team to shape workforce strategy, build capability, drive cultural change and navigate a complex industrial relations landscape.

Expect 4-5 days onsite per week and a high-visibility role with influence. You'll lead a small P&C network, influence senior operational leaders and deliver strategic HR outcomes across a large, unionised frontline

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading HR/IR in manufacturing or FMCG environments.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and negotiate with unions.
• Strong strategic mindset with capability to drive culture and change.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Plant Manager and Site Leadership to deliver people and business objectives.
• Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters.
• Support union engagement and Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
• Drive workforce planning and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Coach leaders to build people leadership capability.
• Lead culture, engagement and change programs.
• Provide strategic advice on workforce challenges and opportunities.
• Develop and manage the HR Business Partner role at site.
• Collaborate with North Strathfield HQ P&C team to deliver outcomes.
• Utilize workforce data to support decision-making.
