Job summary

Agrifutures is seeking a hands-on Internal Recruiter to partner with leaders, manage end-to-end recruitment, and make a real impact across a diverse workforce. This is a 6-month contract with 15–20 hours weekly, based in Kewdale, offering autonomy to own the recruitment function.

You will lead high-volume campaigns across operations and corporate roles, work closely with hiring managers, and build talent pools for future needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Internal Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist across multiple disciplines.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of operational and corporate positions.
• Lead high-volume recruitment campaigns for frontline roles.
• Recruit for white-collar functions including operations, sales, finance and administration.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and provide recruitment advice.
• Build talent pipelines and attraction strategies to support future hiring needs.
• Review and improve recruitment processes to drive efficiency and candidate experience.
• Create sustainable talent pools for hard-to-fill operational positions.
