Appreciating Talent has partnered with a well-known Australian brand undergoing rapid growth. We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to join on a 2–3 month contract, with potential extension and possible permanent appointment as the organisation scales.

This role offers ownership and immediate impact across recruitment. You will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior stakeholders, manage a high-volume pipeline, improve processes, and build talent pipelines across multi-site

Qualifications

• Experience managing recruitment within a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the business.
• Partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Managing and prioritising a high-volume recruitment pipeline as the business grows.
• Developing and improving recruitment processes, systems and ways of working.
• Providing advice on market conditions, candidate availability and recruitment strategies.
• Building talent pipelines and proactively sourcing high-quality candidates.
• Ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Reviewing current recruitment processes for efficiency and best practice.
• Supporting workforce planning and recruitment initiatives as the organisation expands.
• Supporting other talent acquisition and people-related projects as required.
