Job summary

11 Recruitment, a Perth-based boutique agency, is seeking a driven temporary recruitment consultant to own and grow our temp desk. You’ll manage end-to-end placements, build a strong candidate pool, and deliver exceptional service to clients.

This home-based role requires proactive business development, strong relationship skills, and the ability to work autonomously with occasional travel around Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and business development.
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously from a home environment.
• Experience with sourcing candidates through Boolean searches in SEEK/LinkedIn.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end temp desk management and candidate pipeline.
• Develop new business and strengthen client relationships.
• Coordinate placements and ensure high service levels for clients.
• Support permanent recruitment activities as needed.
• Ensure compliance and accurate records in company systems.
