Job summary

• Experience recruiting for blue-collar roles across industrial, construction, logistics, mining or resources sectors.
• Proven ability to manage a large number of vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong communication with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with ATS and recruitment technologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
• Screen, interview, and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate medicals, inductions, reference checks, and compliance documentation.
• Build and maintain talent pools for ongoing workforce needs.
• Manage job advertisements and candidate attraction strategies.
