Qualifications

• Working with Children Check required or willingness to obtain.
• Completion of National Child Safety Training or willingness to obtain.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Educators to implement behaviour plans and strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Collaborate with the education team and model a consistent, positive approach.
• Create an inclusive, engaging environment for all children.
