Job summary

Gateways Support Services is seeking an Inclusion Support Additional Assistant in Port Fairy. The role involves supporting educators in a kindergarten setting with children including those with disabilities, promoting play-based learning and inclusivity.

You will work part-time during school terms, with hours specified (8 hours per week, Tue 9:30–13:30 and Thu 9:30–13:30). A willingness to obtain Working with Children Check is required, and relevant qualifications may attract a higher hourly

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children of all abilities.
• Play-based learning support experience preferred.
• Commitment to inclusive education and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support children by implementing behaviour management plans and individual strategies tailored to their needs.
