Job summary

C&K Association Logan Village and C&K Waterford Kindergartens are seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant to help every child feel included and thrive. You’ll work across two centres, supporting educators to create engaging, play-based learning in welcoming, natural environments that spark curiosity and build confidence.

The role offers a permanent part-time roster of 71.5 hours per fortnight with a wage rate of $28.81 – $36.57 per hour plus superannuation, plus access to subsidised training,

Qualifications

• Hold or commence studying a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Completion of the National Child Safety Training – Foundation Certificate.
• Experience working in an Inclusion Support capacity.
• First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification.
• Blue Card or Exemption Card.
• Police Check current within three months (or willingness to obtain one).

Responsibilities

• Support children to thrive in inclusive kindergarten environments.
• Work across two centres, partnering with educators to deliver play-based learning.
• Contribute to creating engaging, safe and nurturing learning spaces.
