Zusammenfassung

SWI Fencing is seeking a hands-on HSE Advisor to support projects nationwide from our Rhodes office, three days per week. You’ll turn safety requirements into practical outcomes, manage SiteMate, and strengthen the HSE framework across construction and infrastructure projects.

The role requires a WHS/OHS qualification and about 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, with strong incident investigation skills and the ability to travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of practical HSE experience in construction/infrastructure
• Ability to review SWMS, risk assessments and work practices
• Strong written communication and reporting skills

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on HSE advice to project teams
• Review SWMS and risk assessments; identify gaps
• Lead or coordinate incident investigations and corrective actions
• Administer SiteMate and monitor incidents, inspections, actions
• Support implementation and audits of the HSE management system
• Coordinate HSE training and safety communications
• Travel to project locations as required
