Job summary

Freyssinet Australia is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor for a 6-month contract to provide practical safety leadership across NSW sites. You will engage frontline teams, deliver toolbox talks, and drive positive safety outcomes with a hands-on approach.

The role requires a Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety, strong NSW WHS knowledge, excellent communication, and a proactive safety mindset. A current driver’s licence and relevant industry experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (minimum).
• Strong knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and safety management systems.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits, inspections and safety observations.
• Partner with operational leaders to promote a positive safety culture.
• Provide practical advice and support on WHS matters.
• Support risk assessments, SWMS and safe work practices.
• Assist with incident investigations and the implementation of corrective actions.
• Deliver toolbox talks and safety briefings.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Support the continuous improvement of safety processes and systems.
