Job summary

Recruit Personnel is seeking a part-time HR Administration and Payroll support candidate in Tomago, NSW. The role spans an approximate 8 weeks with potential extension, roughly 3 days per week (Monday–Wednesday) and flexible hours around school times (e.g., 9am–2pm).

You will handle recruitment tasks and provide end-to-end payroll support within a team. Essential experience includes HR/recruitment functions, strong administrative and communication skills, and a current driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in Recruitment or HR functions.
• Strong administrative skills.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• End-to-end Payroll experience.
• Driver license and transport to work 3 days a week.
• Desirable: Kronos experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing applications and resumes.
• Posting Job Vacancies on advertising platforms.
• Shortlisting candidates.
• Coordinating and scheduling interviews with multiple stakeholders.
• Conducting candidate screening calls and liaising with applicants.
• Conducting reference checks.
• Assisting with onboarding activities.
• Support Payroll - end-to-end within a team.
