Personnel Group is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Administration Assistant to join our Corporate Services team in Albury. This is a casual position based in our Corporate Office, with the team member provided with a fortnightly roster based on business requirements. On average, you can expect to work 20 to 25 hours per week, however hours may fluctuate to support periods of leave coverage, recruitment activity and changing business demands. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience across recruitment, onboarding, compliance, payroll, employee records management and workforce development within a large and diverse organisation.
About the role
Working within our Human Resources team, you will provide efficient and professional administrative support across a broad range of functions, including recruitment, onboarding, Payroll, compliance, employee records management, and learning and development activities. This role plays an important part in creating a positive team member experience by ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational requirements while supporting the ongoing growth and development of our workforce.
