Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Investigate, resolve, and document merchant and partner issues using CRM/case management systems.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert product/service knowledge to support clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver compliant customer outcomes.
• Manage refunds, direct debit setups and amendments, and maintain client data.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through client feedback and documentation.
