Job summary

Global Payments in Brisbane is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to deliver exceptional service to our clients and resolve enquiries via phone, email and chat, acting as the first point of contact.

You'll work with CRM systems, manage refunds and direct debit changes, build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and contribute to compliant, accurate client outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client support or customer service role.
• Ability to learn systems quickly and work with CRM tools.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries via phone, email and chat.
• Investigate, resolve and document merchant and partner issues in CRM.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Provide expert support with knowledge of Global Payments products and services.
• Support refunds, direct debit setups and amendments, and keep client data accurate.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through client feedback and documentation updates.
