Job summary

RZForex is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Australia to deliver tailored payment solutions and drive client satisfaction. You will onboard clients, support KYC/AML processes, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless experience.

The role focuses on building client relationships, resolving issues, and contributing to ongoing service improvements while supporting day-to-day payment operations and inquiries. A customer-centric mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in the payments, FX, or fintech industry is highly regarded but not essential.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Customer onboarding and compliance: support onboarding of new clients, assist with KYC/AML requirements and review client documentation.
• Payment operations: process domestic and international payments accurately and efficiently.
• Customer support: respond to inbound/outbound inquiries via phone, email, and online channels.
• Relationship management: build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure outstanding customer experience.
• Customer insights: gather client feedback and identify opportunities to improve products and services.
• Cross-functional collaboration: liaise with compliance, Business Analysts, and other internal stakeholders to address client needs.
