Holiday Holiday is seeking a friendly front office receptionist for our busy holiday letting office at Surfers Paradise. You will be the face of the company, greeting guests, tenants and owners with warm hospitality and professional presentation.

We value a passion for hospitality, impeccable grooming, and strong communication skills. The role requires teamwork and the ability to work under pressure, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Being the face of Holiday Holiday, you will represent us in dealing with guests, tenants and owners
• Greet guests and assist with inquiries and check-ins/check-outs as required
• Maintain a high standard of presentation and customer care
