Job summary

Jowett Motor Group’s Northern Honda & Geely Epping is seeking a friendly Part-Time Receptionist to greet guests, answer calls and support the showroom team. The role focuses on delivering a professional, welcoming front-of-house experience in a busy dealership environment.

Working hours are 1:00 pm–5:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will handle basic administrative tasks, coordinate appointments and assist service, sales and parts teams.

Qualifications

• You bring a friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Confidence using computers and basic administrative systems.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Previous reception or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and accurately.
• Manage general customer enquiries and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception and waiting area.
• Provide administrative support to service, sales and parts teams as required.
• Process basic paperwork and data entry.
• Assist with appointment scheduling and customer follow-ups.
• Support day-to-day dealership operations as needed.
