Job summary

BYD Geelong is seeking a friendly Front of House member to create exceptional customer experiences at our Geelong showroom. You’ll be the first face and voice customers meet, greet visitors, direct them to the Sales team and help set the tone for a welcoming environment.

As part of a dynamic team, you’ll manage refreshments, maintain a clean lounge, answer calls, and stay up-to-date with BYD’s EV/PHEV technology.

Qualifications

• Friendly and approachable, creating a positive first impression.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in working in a dynamic, fast-paced customer service environment.
• Takes pride in their personal presentation and workplace environment.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Reception experience preferred but not essential.
• Available and committed to work each Saturday, 9am – 4pm.
• Flexible to cover additional shifts as required.
