Job summary

Gabba Central Apartments invites a motivated, hands-on Part-time Front Office Guest Services Agent to join our busy apartment hotel near The Gabba. You will support day-to-day Front Office operations, assist guests and coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure exceptional service.

Ideal candidates will have hotel reception experience, a genuine passion for hospitality, and the ability to work mornings to afternoons, including weekends and public holidays as required by business demand.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel Front Office operations and guest services.
• Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with all hotel departments.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with RMS or Strata systems preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Front Office daily operations.
• Answer guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person and handle reservations and recommendations.
• Assist with guest arrivals and departures, following check-in/check-out procedures.
• Aim to achieve guest satisfaction targets and deliver high service standards.
• Liaise with Housekeeping and Maintenance daily.
• Ensure public areas are clean and well presented.
