Rooftop on Central is seeking friendly Floor Staff / Waitstaff for part-time and casual shifts at our busy rooftop restaurant, bar and function venue in Gregory Hills. You will provide attentive service in a fast-paced environment and support events from casual dining to large functions.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, strong customer service and communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant, bar or hospitality environments.
• 1 year experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive table service.
• Take food and beverage orders.
• Run food and drinks to tables.
• Set and clear tables.
• Assist with functions and events.
• Use POS system and process payments.
• Maintain a clean and organised floor.
• Work closely with bar, kitchen and management teams.
