Job summary

The Grounds Group in Sydney is seeking Front of House team members including Bartenders, Section Waiters, Baristas and Events staff to deliver warm, attentive service in iconic venues.

If you thrive in a fast-paced hospitality setting, bring RSA, and are available days and nights, you’ll join a vibrant, supportive team with opportunities across venues and events.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a high-volume venue.
• Excellent communication and a warm, engaging personality.
• A natural flair for hospitality and attention to detail.
• A strong understanding of what great service really looks like.
• Full availability and a hands-on attitude.

Baristas -

2 years minimum in high volume, if you double as a bartender as well, amazing !

Events team

weekend availability a must! Work in some of our gorgeous events venues
