Responsibilities

• Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive table service.
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately.
• Delivering meals and drinks to tables with professionalism.
• Preparing and serving beverages behind the bar, including cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Managing cash transactions and processing payments with accuracy.
• Clearing and resetting tables between seatings to maintain cleanliness.
• Responding to guest requests and addressing any concerns or special requirements.
• Collaborating with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow.
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items and beverage offerings to make recommendations.
• Adhering to health and safety standards and responsible service of alcohol guidelines.
• Supporting general venue upkeep and tidiness during shifts.

What you'll be doing

Greeting guests warmly and providing attentive table service throughout their visit

What we're looking for

Previous experience in hospitality, waiting or bartending roles (or equivalent customer service background)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining composure

Flexibility and reliability, with the ability to work part-time hours including evenings and weekends as required

Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation

A positive, team-oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues

Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification is highly desirable (or willingness to obtain)

Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise effectively
