St Anthony's Family Care in Croydon, NSW, seeks a Part-time Finance Manager (30 hours per week) to lead financial operations for a not-for-profit focused on children and youth with disabilities. You will oversee budgeting, reporting, payroll processing and compliance with ATO/NDIA rules, while collaborating with families and staff.

The ideal candidate brings accounting qualifications, CA/CPA, and a proven track record in small-team financial management, with strong MYOB and Calxa BI experience.

Formación

• Tertiary qualifications in Accounting/Commerce.
• CPA/CA accreditation is desirable.
• Experience with accounting software and financial modules.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to the overall direction in the achievement of SAFC goals and values and work closely with all colleagues and families to promote strong relationships and a safety-first environment.
• Manage the provision of accurate financial and accounting information and the preparation of timely budgets, reports, forecasts, monthly and statutory management financial reports.
• Manage the processing of payroll and asset management including appropriate implementation of Modern Awards (SCHADS, Children's Services and Educational Services (Teachers) Awards).
• Manage fee claiming functions associated with the provision of childcare services and NDIS services.
• Operate in line with all SAFC compliance requirements as stated by relevant legislation and frameworks, specifically the ATO, NDIA and Childcare Subsidy Scheme.
