Job summary

Geelong Arts Centre is seeking an Events Account Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and delivery of high-quality services for presenters, hirers, and tenants.

In this role you will be a key contact from confirmed booking through settlement and closure, liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure seamless events.

This part-time, job-share position starts immediately and offers an opportunity to contribute to a vibrant coastal city’s arts scene.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event planning and delivery across multiple venues.
• Liaise with hirers, internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare documentation and event data for systems.
• Manage day-to-day event coordination and escalate risks to senior staff.
• Support post-event follow-up and settlement processes.
