Job summary

Geelong Arts Centre seeks a Senior Manager, Presenter Services to lead the Presenter Services team and oversee a substantial portfolio of presenters, hirers, tenants, venues and events across the Centre.

The role blends strategic leadership, operational excellence and business development to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive commercial outcomes and shape the future of presenter services with autonomy, reporting to the Director, Production and Presenter Services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Presenter Services team and oversee a substantial portfolio of presenters, hirers, tenants, venues and event activity across the Centre.
• Identify opportunities for commercial growth and cultivate long-term partnerships with industry networks.
• Represent the Centre across industry networks and sector events to support stakeholder engagement and venue utilisation.

The Role

The Senior Manager, Presenter Services is a senior leadership role responsible for leading the Presenter Services team and overseeing a substantial portfolio of presenters, hirers, tenants, venues and event activity across the Centre. The role combines strategic leadership, operational excellence and business development, ensuring the delivery of exceptional client experiences, effective stakeholder management and the commercial optimisation of venue utilisation.

Operating with significant autonomy, the Senior Manager identifies and cultivates opportunities for commercial growth, represents the Centre across industry networks and sector events, and builds strong relationships that support long-term partnerships and business outcomes. As the 2IC to the Director, Production and Presenter Services, the role contributes to strategic direction, organisational priorities and key operational decisions.
