Job summary

Bellbird Park State Secondary College in Ipswich is seeking an Enrolments Officer to oversee day-to-day enrolment operations, provide policy advice and manage onboarding and exiting processes for students.

You will maintain student administration systems, analyse enrolment data with the Business Manager, keep the enrolment handbook up to date and support the department with data-informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge and understanding of OneSchool, QParents & DayMap.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day to day operations of enrolments and provide enrolment management policy advice.
• Maintain student administration systems and produce statistical enrolment data.
• Assist Business Manager and Principal with statistical analysis and continuity planning.
• Consult with Business Manager on enrolment data, policies and enquiries.
• Manage information on enrolments on the website and update the enrolment handbook.
• Contribute to projects renewing enrolment policies, systems and procedures.
