Job summary

Redkite in Sydney's Surry Hills is seeking a part-time Supporter Relations Officer to deliver outstanding donor care while processing donations and maintaining supporter records. This 15-hour-per-week onsite role focuses on accurate data entry, donor communication and data management using Salesforce.

You'll be the friendly voice for supporters, respond to inquiries with empathy, and collaborate with the fundraising team to ensure consistent processes and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and administration.
• Excellent attention to detail and data entry.
• Experience using CRM systems, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional donor communication across phone, email, SMS and mail (both inbound and outbound).
• Processing donations accurately and efficiently while maintaining secure and up-to-date supporter records.
• Responding to donor enquiries with empathy, professionalism and a genuine desire to help.
• Using CRM system, Salesforce to manage supporter information and ensure data integrity.
• Working closely with colleagues across the fundraising team to ensure consistent processes and accurate data entry to help deliver the best possible supporter experience.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of supporter services.
