Job summary

Northcott is seeking multiple female Support Workers to join our team in Taree on a permanent part-time basis. The role covers supported accommodation and community services, delivering respectful, person-centred care to customers.

Roles are female-only as per occupation requirements under NSW law. You will assist with daily tasks, mobility, and community access, while maintaining safety and building empowering relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 months’ disability sector experience.
• Experience supporting participants with complex care needs and medication management protocols.
• Ability to perform safe manual handling and operate wheelchairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to customers.
• Assist with daily tasks and community access.
• Manage medications following protocols and ensure safety in transport.
