We are currently seeking multiple female Support Workers to join our dedicated team on a permanent part time basis in Taree. These roles involve working across our supported accommodation and community services providing high‑quality, person‑centred support to our customers.
These are female only roles: Being Female (sex) is a genuine occupation requirement of the role. As such, and pursuant to Part 3 s. 31 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW) application for this role is only open to individuals who are Female (sex).
You will support customers to build skills and maintain independence by providing respectful, person-centred care, using safe manual handling techniques, assisting with daily tasks and community access, and fostering positive relationships that help them achieve their goals.
