Northcott is seeking multiple female Support Workers to join our team in Taree on a permanent part‑time basis. You will provide person‑centred support across our supported accommodation and community services, helping customers build skills and maintain independence.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in disability support or care settings.
• Ability to provide person-centred care and maintain safety.
• Experience with manual handling and mobility aids.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred support in accommodation and community settings.
