Mini Masterminds Merrylands is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team. You will deliver play-based learning experiences, support children's development, and work closely with families in a caring, inclusive environment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team at Mini Masterminds Merrylands (77-place centre).

About the Role

As a Diploma Educator, you will work collaboratively with your team to deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences that support each child's learning, development, and wellbeing.

You will build meaningful relationships with children and families while contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-quality learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
