Job summary

Mini Masterminds Tallawong is seeking a passionate Full-Time Diploma Educator to join our team. You will deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences, support children's development, and build strong relationships with children and families.

You will work with a collaborative team, ensure compliance with EYLF, NQS and WWCC, and participate in ongoing professional development. Applicants should hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved), have WWCC, first aid, and

Qualifications

• For Diploma Educator role, ACECQA-approved Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required.
• Current WWCC and relevant certifications (First Aid, CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQS; excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and implementation of engaging educational programs.
• Create a safe, nurturing, inclusive learning environment.
• Observe and document children’s learning and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Collaborate with team to deliver high-quality education and care.

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
• Current Child Protection training/certificate
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for early childhood education
• Preferably 2+ years’ experience working in an early childhood education and care setting; student placement experience alone will not meet the preferred experience criteria

Applicants must have valid Australian working rights. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
