Doutta Galla is seeking a creative and digitally savvy Digital Communications Coordinator to join our Marketing team on a part-time basis. Based in Footscray, with a move to West Melbourne, you will plan, create and evaluate engaging digital content across our channels, helping residents, families and staff connect with our purpose and brand.

You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver SEO and digital campaigns, maintain an annual content calendar and provide data-driven insights

Competenze

• Qualifications in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications or similar.
• Experience in digital communications, marketing and content coordination.
• Experience updating and optimising websites, SEO/SEM, social media and email marketing platforms.
• Ability to use data and insights to measure performance.
• Understanding of brand consistency, accessibility and plain English.

• Develop and maintain engaging digital content across website, intranet, social media, email and other channels.
• Support the development and delivery of digital marketing and communication campaigns.
• Develop and maintain an annual content calendar and scheduling plan.
• Provide advice and insights relating to SEO, SEM and digital performance.
• Monitor digital performance, engagement and reach and prepare regular reports.
• Use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve content and campaigns.
• Maintain content governance, including approvals, privacy and records management.
