Job summary

Doutta Galla Aged Care in Melbourne is seeking a Creative and digitally savvy Digital Communications Coordinator on a part-time basis to support planning, creation, delivery and evaluation of engaging digital content across our internal and external channels.

You will strengthen relationships with residents, families, employees, volunteers and stakeholders by delivering content that reflects our purpose, values and brand, with ongoing opportunities to learn and grow.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Digital Marketing, Digital Communications or similar.
• Experience in digital communications, marketing, and content coordination.
• Experience updating and optimising websites, SEO, SEM, social media and email marketing platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain engaging digital content across our website, intranet, social media, email and other digital channels.
• Support the development and delivery of digital marketing and communication campaigns.
• Develop and maintain an annual content calendar and scheduling plan.
• Provide advice and insights relating to SEO, SEM and digital performance.
• Monitor digital performance, engagement and reach and prepare regular reports.
• Use data, insights and feedback to identify opportunities to improve content and campaign performance.
• Maintain strong content governance, including approval processes, privacy and records management.
• Keep up to date with digital communication trends and best practice.
