Vollers Pty Ltd is seeking a Customer Service/Internal Sales professional to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is based in Albion Park Rail, NSW 2527.

You will be instrumental in delivering exceptional customer service whilst driving internal sales initiatives. This position plays a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and contributing to the growth of our business through proactive sales engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service, internal sales or a similar administrative role.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with computers and office software applications
• A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to help others.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales awareness and the ability to identify customer needs.
• Reliability and a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner
• Processing customer orders and managing administrative tasks related to sales transactions
• Identifying opportunities to promote products and services to existing and potential customers
• Providing product information and recommendations to support customer decision-making
• Maintaining accurate customer records and updating relevant databases
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer requests are fulfilled efficiently
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Contributing to the achievement of sales targets and business objectives
• Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
