Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, admin or internal sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with Aluminium Door & Window industry preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
• Professional and friendly telephone manner.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• Proactive problem-solving and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Process customer sales orders accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Provide quotes, product information, lead times and order updates.
• Work closely with the Sales and Warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.
• Coordinate customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Process credit claims in line with company policy.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers through outstanding service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support a positive team environment.
