Job summary

Workers Lifestyle Group is seeking hospitality-focused team members to assist Members and Guests across Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming areas. You will deliver friendly, efficient service, handle beverage service and gaming operations, and maintain clean, welcoming spaces for a diverse customer base.

Requires prior customer service experience and NSW RSA/RCG qualifications (or willingness to obtain). Shifts span days, evenings, overnights and weekends; uniforms provided and staff events are part of

Qualifications

• Must have prior customer service experience.
• Current NSW RSA and RCG qualifications are essential (or willing to obtain).
• Bar and gaming service experience is preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests.
• Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno.
• Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas.

About The Role

• Building rapport with Members and Guests from diverse backgrounds
• Assisting Members and Guests with enquiries and requests
• Working in our Housekeeping, Bar and Gaming Area, including beverage service, TAB and Keno
• Delivery of great customer service experiences accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining cleanliness of our service areas
• Shifts range from 7.00am to 4.00am 7 days a week

Requirements

• Must be willing to work in outdoor smoking areas
• Previous customer service experience
• Current NSW RSA and RCG qualification is essential or willing to obtain
• Bar and gaming service experience is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work a mixture of day, evening, overnight and weekend shifts.
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role including standing for long periods of time; and
• Excellent personal presentation
