Job summary

You will assist with enquiries, account maintenance, and credit product applications while guiding customers through in-branch technology and digital options.

• Proven experience delivering exceptional Customer Service in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Excellent communication skills & the ability to articulate financial terms clearly.
