Commonwealth Bank is seeking a Customer Banking Specialist Relief at Bondi Junction Branch. This is a part‑time role (20 hours per week) with a predetermined roster: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00am–4:00pm; Wednesday off.

Travel to nearby branches is required. As the public face of CommBank, you’ll have in‑depth conversations to support customers’ banking needs, including Home Loans, Business Banking and digital options, and you’ll help process enquiries and applications while

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional Customer Service in Financial Services, Retail or Hospitality.
• Ability to articulate financial terms clearly to customers.
• Ability to ask the right questions, find solutions and place the customer at the centre of everything you do.
• Ability to work in a busy, commercial retail environment while seeing the big picture for customers.

Responsibilities

• Have in-depth conversations with customers about how we can support their overall banking needs including Home Loans, Business Banking & Financial Advice.
• Support customers with enquiries, maintenance on accounts and process applications for credit products.
• Provide options for the customer through education & demonstration of in-branch technology and digital banking options.
• Problem solve & provide effective solutions whilst championing our processes, procedures & drive our risk-adverse culture.
